About the Offline Day
A day to forget notifications and reconnect with the simple pleasures of life — the smell of rising dough and the taste of an authentic Neapolitan pizza, made by you.
On the Offline Day: The Taste of Neapolitan Pizza, you’ll learn the art of traditional pizza-making with George from Gigi’s Pizzeria — back by popular demand after a fantastic session in 2024! From crafting the perfect dough to mastering the secrets of a hot oven, this workshop is a hands-on (and delicious!) experience.
What to Expect
✔️ A warm welcome in nature: Start the day slowly, in a peaceful outdoor setting.
✔️ Interactive Neapolitan Pizza Workshop with George (Gigi’s Pizzeria): Learn the techniques, traditions and secrets of authentic pizza. Stretch, shape and bake your own creation from scratch.
✔️Delicious lunch: Enjoy your freshly baked pizza, followed by a selection of irresistible desserts from Xi Cake, plus some chill time with George to connect, swap stories, and enjoy the moment together.
✔️ Nature & relaxation: Spend the day offline, surrounded by nature. End with a peaceful horseback ride — a unique moment to close the day with presence.
✔️ Equestrian Experience: To end the day, a short horseback ride — a chance to challenge yourself in a unique way.

Meet Gigi's Pizzeria, who will be leading the workshop.
George
George began his pizza journey during the pandemic, after moving to Porto and having plenty of free time to experiment and perfect his recipes. Initially, he started with bread, but soon became passionate about making pizza, particularly those with big, fluffy crusts. Over time, he improved his technique by looking for tips online, asking pizza chefs, friends, and family, and fixing one mistake at a time.
His love for pizza grew so much that, with the help of specialized equipment, he decided to share the experience with others and founded Gigi's Pizzeria. Since then, George has been delighting his customers with pizzas made with dedication, creativity, and a whole lot of flavor.
In 2024, we welcomed George from Gigi’s Pizzeria for a Neapolitan pizza workshop — and it was a real hit!
It was a day filled with good vibes, shared stories, dough flying through the air, and delicious pizzas baked fresh by each participant.
The energy was so amazing that we had to bring him back again this year, this time for an Offline Day set in the heart of nature.
